Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in EPLAN coordination at the EBZ Group, you will play a critical role in the automotive supply chain. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical verification of circuit diagrams against customer specifications, managing external subcontractors for EPLAN creation, and coordinating technical details between internal engineering and production departments. You will be responsible for creating and adapting EPLANs for small-scale systems, maintaining macros, and generating material bills of materials (BOMs). This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys process optimization and technical documentation within a global automotive context. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable profession. Ideally, further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Experience in creating and adjusting electrical plans using EPLAN P8
- Experience in technical auditing and error list generation for circuit diagrams
- Experience coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers
- Experience in the automotive industry or plant engineering is implied
