Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for international customers across Europe, Russia, Africa, and India. Your daily responsibilities include providing telephone support for technical inquiries, managing support tickets from initiation to resolution, and evaluating call data via CRM dashboards. You will play a proactive role in identifying preventive maintenance opportunities and performance improvements for customer systems, as well as coordinating the replacement of technical parts. This position is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving in a technical environment and want to work with innovative automation and robotics technologies. Required Skills

Education

Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in assembly or commissioning within the mechanical and plant engineering sector
  • Experience in handling technical customer inquiries and support tickets
  • Practical knowledge in automated application technology and robotics is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working with CRM dashboards and data evaluation
