Job Summary
The City of Sundern is seeking a dynamic leader to head their Organization and Human Resources Management department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic alignment and representation of the department both internally and externally. Your daily activities will include workforce planning, recruitment, personnel development, and the management of civil service and collective bargaining law processes. You will also serve as the head of vocational training and play a key role in the administration's digital transformation. This position offers a high degree of responsibility, including acting as the deputy head of the Central Services division. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for career group 2 (first entry level) of the non-technical administrative service, completion of Administrative Course II, or a university degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a comparable field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in public administration
- Professional experience in a leadership or management function is preferred
- Extensive experience in HR management and organizational matters
- Proven experience with collective bargaining and civil service law
- Experience in strategic planning and organizational innovation
