As an Onsite IT Support Technician at NConsult GmbH in Frankfurt, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users facing technical challenges. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software
- Practical experience working with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Experience collaborating with 2nd level support teams and other IT specialists
- Proven track record of independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused work
