As a Project Manager for Electrical and Energy Engineering, you will take full responsibility for the lifecycle of complex projects within the energy supply, automation, and communication sectors. Your day-to-day work involves managing construction projects, monitoring costs and schedules, and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards. You will lead a dedicated project team and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments. A key part of the role includes preparing quotes, managing calculations, and handling claim management. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, state-certified technician (Techniker), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Foundational professional experience in the field of electrical or energy engineering, specifically with new installations and expansions across voltage levels from 0.4 kV to 30 kV
- Practical experience in claim management and construction site supervision
- Professional experience in independent project handling, including cost and schedule monitoring
- Leadership experience in managing project teams
- Preferred experience in project execution within the Deutsche Bahn environment
