Job Summary
As a Deputy Department Manager at the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Krefeld – Kreis Viersen, you will play a vital role in the social integration of individuals with complex disabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a blend of administrative leadership and hands-on support, including creating development concepts, managing documentation such as BEI-NRW, and assisting clients with activities of daily living. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed pedagogical or nursing training with further qualification as a Social Manager, Specialist (Fachwirt), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the rehabilitation of people with disabilities
- Experience in creating development concepts and social documentation
- Professional experience in nursing or pedagogical care for individuals with complex disabilities
- Experience in coordinating with authorities, schools, and legal guardians
