Job Summary

This role involves leading the factory and production maintenance department in Singen. As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring the continuous development of staff. Your day-to-day activities include coordinating repairs and maintenance for production machinery, fixtures, and building technology. You will oversee the programming and maintenance of all supply facilities, manage the spare parts inventory including budgeting, and supervise external service providers. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with UVV and DGUV V3 electrical inspections while supporting projects to improve production capacity. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent full-time contract, above-tariff pay starting from €22.00 per hour, and strong prospects for permanent takeover by the client company.
