Job Summary
As a Senior SAP PS/CO Expert at thyssenkrupp Uhde, you will lead the holistic management and development of the SAP Project System (PS) and Controlling (CO) modules within an S/4HANA environment. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solution concepts, and overseeing the implementation of internal enhancements. You will act as a bridge between business processes and technical execution, validating supplier concepts and collaborating closely with developer teams. A significant part of the role involves steering service providers, conducting 3rd-level support, and ensuring audit-compliant implementations. Required Skills
Education
Completed University or Technical College degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or Communications Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or development
- Extensive experience with SAP PS and CO modules specifically in S/4HANA environments
- Proven track record in process design and methodical consulting
- Experience in managing internal and external service providers
- Professional experience in IT service operations and support
- Initial experience in leading or mentoring colleagues

- The role requires the ability to work independently and strategically. Knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage. Must be able to conduct training and workshops for key users.
