Job Summary
This role at the Kaiserslautern City Administration is a central position focused on modernizing public services through the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG). As a member of the Digitalization and Innovation department, you will manage the rollout of document management systems (specifically 2Charta) and optimize municipal business processes. Your daily activities will involve a mix of strategic project management and technical administration, including configuring user roles in systems like TEVIS and VOIS. You will act as a vital bridge between IT departments, specialized administrative units, and external service providers. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Business Administration, Law, or Administrative Informatics; or successful completion of the civil service examination for the third entry level (Administration and Finance); or Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in).
Experience
- Professional experience in project management or the implementation of digital specialized procedures is preferred
- Experience in the administration of Document Management Systems (DMS) or specialized administrative software is ideal
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational structures within municipal administrations
- Proven experience in managing change processes and moderating between different organizational units
