Job Summary

As a Biostatistician within the R&D Diagnostics division, you will serve as the analytical engine driving the development of next-generation medical diagnostics. Operating in a multidisciplinary environment across global sites, you will be responsible for planning and executing statistical analyses for complex studies that provide the evidence required for global regulatory approvals. Your day-to-day involves programming statistical software (primarily R), performing root-cause analysis, and translating complex data into actionable insights for non-specialist stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operations. This role is highly collaborative, offering the chance to mentor junior team members and students while contributing to internal Communities of Practice.
