This full-time position in Frankfurt involves providing comprehensive 2nd level IT support for a renowned service provider. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze and resolve complex hardware and software issues, manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, and maintain standard software and hardware such as PCs and printers. You will also support network configurations including LAN, WLAN, and VPN while documenting solutions in a ticketing system.
