Completed career examination for the second career group, first entry level (formerly higher non-technical administrative service); OR completion of Administrative Course II (Administrative Specialist); OR a university degree (Diploma/Bachelor) with a focus on administrative or legal sciences; OR successful completion of the First State Examination in Law.

- Proven leadership experience in a professional management capacity
- Professional experience within the public service sector is required
