Job Summary

As a Facility Technician for swimming pool and sports facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all technical systems, ranging from water treatment to ventilation and heating. Your day-to-day activities involve the maintenance and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and energy management systems, as well as the coordination and supervision of external service providers. You will play a critical role in safety by performing regular inspections and participating in on-call services to prevent damage and ensure operational continuity. Beyond technical tasks, you will support pool and ice rink operations when necessary and act as a point of contact for schools, clubs, and event organizers. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys technical variety and is comfortable working independently in a service-oriented environment located near the Ruhr region.
