Job Summary
This role involves working within Unit 405 of the Lower Saxony Ministry for Social Affairs, Labour, Health, and Equality. You will be responsible for hospital planning across all supply regions in Lower Saxony, specifically focusing on the implementation of federal hospital reforms and the introduction of new service groups. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring legislation (KHVVG/KHAG), designing and executing application procedures for service groups, and issuing formal administrative decisions and hearing letters. The position offers a meaningful contribution to public health infrastructure within a diverse team of experts. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Administrative Science (e.g., Public Administration), or completion of Administrative/Employee Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or First State Examination in Law.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in public administration or the healthcare sector
- Experience in legislative processes and administrative procedures
- Professional experience in a supreme state authority (preferred)
- Experience with the Federal Joint Committee (GBA) functions (preferred)
