Job Summary

This part-time (50%) role involves providing specialized advisory services for the INFOBEST 4.0 project, focusing on cross-border administrative procedures between Germany and France. Based in Lauterbourg, France, you will assist citizens, companies, and organizations with navigating complex documentation, specifically for pension and family benefit applications. Your day-to-day will include direct client consultation, coordinating with national authorities, and developing solutions for challenging cross-border legal cases. You will also play a key role in expanding the cross-border administrative network by conducting knowledge transfers and workshops. This position is ideal for professionals with a legal or administrative background who are passionate about European cooperation. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), Legal Assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r), or a commercial degree with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or legal sectors, such as a legal assistant or administrative specialist
  • Experience in handling administrative applications and document processing
  • Proven experience in cross-border cooperation or working with international authorities
  • Experience in social law and public administration workflows
