Job Summary

This role involves guiding individuals recovering from mental health challenges as they transition back into the workforce. Operating within a vocational training center, you will provide hands-on instruction in IT-related tasks, including hardware, software, and database management. Beyond technical instruction, you will act as a bridge to the labor market by building and maintaining a network of corporate partners to facilitate job placements and internships. Your day-to-day will involve documenting participant progress and providing career orientation. This position is ideal for an IT professional with a social heart who values fixed working hours (Monday-Friday) and a supportive team environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), Application Developer, or IT Systems Manager; a degree in Computer Science or a Technician certification is preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in vocational training or practical instruction of technical tasks
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions or a strong willingness to work in this field
