Job Summary
This role involves taking ownership of multiple SAP modules, specifically focusing on Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Transportation Management (TM). Day-to-day, you will analyze and optimize existing SAP processes, implement innovative IT solutions through customizing, and oversee the technical implementation of custom developments. A major strategic component of this position is preparing the company's SAP landscape for the transition to S/4HANA. You will also manage OEM processes from EDI calls to invoicing and provide high-level support and training to key users. This position is particularly attractive for professionals looking to combine technical SAP development with project management responsibilities in an automotive-influenced environment, offering the stability of a permanent contract and the challenge of a large-scale system migration.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as an application developer or consultant in the SAP environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules SD, PP, MM, or TM
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Proven experience in SAP development environments (ABAP)
- Experience in project management or sub-project leadership
