Job Summary
This role involves overseeing and supporting the technical department of a hotel complex, ensuring all facilities and machinery are in peak condition. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead a technical team, perform repairs, and conduct functional tests on critical systems including fire sprinklers, building management systems (BMS), and public address systems. You will be responsible for maintaining maintenance logs, managing office administration for the department, and coordinating room setups for conferences and events. The position is ideal for a proactive professional with a 'hands-on' mentality who enjoys a mix of leadership and practical technical tasks. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technician or in a technical trade (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics, or similar).
Experience
- Professional experience in a technical trade or facility maintenance
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Experience in maintaining industrial or commercial machinery (Sprinklers, GLT, ELA)
- Experience in administrative tasks and maintenance documentation
