Job Summary
As the IT Site Support & Infrastructure Specialist at Ardagh Metal Packaging's Bonn headquarters, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for teams across Bonn, Luxembourg, and Zug. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of hardware, including laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and network printers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining modern meeting room equipment and ensuring seamless international Microsoft Teams conferences. This position is highly visible and requires a physical presence in the office five days a week to provide hands-on support for the Research and Development department and general administration. The role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct human interaction and technical troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Computer Science Expert for System Integration / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Experience in hardware lifecycle management and mobile device configuration
- Proven experience working with Microsoft environments and Office 365
- Experience providing technical support for international teams and executive meeting environments
