As an IT Systems Integration Specialist for the Office of Central Control and Digitalization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless interaction of municipal IT systems. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support and hotline assistance, managing software distribution, and maintaining workplace technology. You will also oversee the entire lifecycle of IT procurement, from market research and resource planning to the installation and configuration of hardware and software. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration/Anwendungsentwicklung). Foreign degrees require a ZAB evaluation.

  • Experience in IT procurement processes including market analysis and resource planning
