This role at Seegene's Düsseldorf location involves managing the full lifecycle of molecular diagnostic products, specifically focusing on multiplex PCR technologies. As a Product and Project Manager, you will lead development projects, provide practical guidance to laboratory staff, and ensure all activities comply with ISO 13485, IVDR, and MDR regulatory standards. Your day-to-day will involve evaluating project data, conducting market research, and performing competitive analyses to support product launches. You will also be responsible for creating scientific training materials and internal documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in natural sciences such as Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in project planning, implementation, and tracking
- Extensive experience in qPCR; knowledge of multiplex qPCR is an advantage
- Practical experience with molecular genetic methods such as NGS, LAMP, or dPCR
- Experience working within quality management systems, specifically ISO 13485
- Experience in evaluating project data and interpreting scientific results
- Experience in laboratory instruction or team guidance within a product development context
