Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will take full ownership of the long-term platform roadmap, ensuring stable operations, scalability, performance, and security. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing architectural customizations and integrations, maintaining a consistent security model, and establishing a robust governance framework. You will be instrumental in designing CI/CD and release management processes, including automated deployments and repository integrations. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work with stakeholders to drive process digitalization and platform adoption. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Information Technology (Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Professional experience in implementing and integrating platform solutions within large organizations
- Extensive experience with service-oriented IT landscapes and modern platform architectures
- Proven track record in defining roles, processes, and standards for platform governance
- Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
