Job Summary
As a Route Planner for bonnorange AöR, you will be responsible for the sustainable and efficient planning of waste management routes across the city of Bonn. Your daily activities include coordinating scheduled services for various waste types—such as residual waste, organic waste, and recyclables—as well as managing container services and special collections for events. You will analyze tour data and key performance indicators to identify optimization potential regarding vehicle utilization and deployment times. Furthermore, you will independently create the annual waste collection schedule for the city. This role is ideal for a logistics professional who enjoys structured data analysis and organizational tasks. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services, Administrative Assistant, Office Management Assistant, Industrial Clerk, Specialist for Circular Economy and Waste Management, or a comparable recognized three-year vocational qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in logistics services, specifically local transport dispatching
- Experience in planning waste collection services is highly desirable
- Proven experience in data processing and information management
- Experience working with waste management legislation and regulations
