Job Summary
This role involves leading the design and execution planning for electrical systems in large-scale commercial construction projects, such as production facilities, logistics centers, and offices. Based in Leipzig, the successful candidate will develop technical concepts, manage BIM-capable software solutions, and conduct independent negotiations with subcontractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating service specifications, providing technical consulting during the sales phase, and overseeing external engineering firms. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in creating design and execution plans for commercial construction projects
- Proven experience in technical procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Experience in managing and controlling external engineering offices
