Job Summary
This is a high-impact leadership role at a medium-sized biotech company in Ladenburg, focusing on the development of innovative Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) for cancer treatment. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will own the entire Clinical Operations function, from strategic planning to execution. Your daily responsibilities include creating clinical development plans, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing global Phase I-III trials. You will play a pivotal role in managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and ensuring strict compliance with GCP regulations and SOPs. Required Skills
Education
Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical/medical drug development
- Extensive experience in Phase I-III clinical trials, with specific hands-on experience in Phase I and II
- Proven experience managing global/international clinical programs
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and manage teams
- Professional experience in selecting and managing clinical CROs and service providers
- Experience interacting with national supervisory authorities in both the EU and US
