Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Electrical Engineering in the Hamburg region, you will oversee the technical and administrative execution of electrical safety inspections. Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical offers, coordinating service technician teams of up to 20 employees, and managing the scheduling of recurring inspections for electrical equipment and machinery. You will act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality documentation of results and providing technical guidance to your team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical professional looking for a leadership position that combines technical expertise with project management. The position offers significant autonomy, a company car with private use, and a structured onboarding process into VDE standards. You will spend approximately 30-40% of your time traveling within your assigned region to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field; further qualification as a Certified Electrical Technician (Techniker) or Master Electrician (Meister) is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrotechnical operational safety testing according to DGUV regulation 3
- In-depth experience in project management and work preparation
- Initial leadership experience with the ability to manage teams of up to 20 employees
- Experience in technical documentation and reporting

- Willingness to travel (30-40% of working time) within the Hamburg region is required. Must be able to use IT and communication tools effectively.
