Job Summary

As the ERP Deployment Lead, you will spearhead the transformational rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA template across European entities. Working in a co-leadership capacity with the Business Deployment Lead, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for regional ERP delivery, ensuring all technical activities align with Life Science regulatory standards. Your daily responsibilities will include mobilizing local resources, overseeing data migration readiness, and coordinating complex technical designs for system integrations. You will manage the entire lifecycle from testing and cutover planning to post-go-live hypercare support. Master's degree in IT Management

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP delivery within complex enterprise environments
  • Proven experience in ERP transformation programs, specifically with SAP S/4HANA
  • Professional experience working within regulated Life Science environments (GxP)
  • Previous experience in roles such as IT Deployment Lead, IT Program Manager, or Solution Lead
  • Experience in coaching and onboarding IT resources for large transformation programs
