Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of modern IT solutions for a diverse client base. Your daily activities involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems directly at client sites, as well as providing remote support. You will play a critical role in setting up and maintaining network infrastructures, including LAN, WLAN, servers, and individual workstations. Beyond routine maintenance, you will be tasked with troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting large-scale IT rollouts and system migrations.
