This role is perfect for an Elektrotechniker or a professional with a strong electromechanical background looking to provide essential technical support. You will be the primary contact for customers, partners, and service technicians, offering telephone and email assistance for product-related technical questions, with a focus on product service and spare part selection. A key part of your role will involve designing and delivering service training sessions, managing warranty cases, and troubleshooting issues, potentially on-site after gaining sufficient experience. This position offers a varied workload, significant scope for personal contribution, and development opportunities within a dynamic young company that is part of an established, owner-managed group.
Required Skills
Education
Completed electrical or electromechanical training, preferably with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician (Techniker). Alternatively, a mechanical education with affinity and experience in electrical appliances.
