Job Summary

As an Embedded Linux Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of high-performance Yocto-based Linux distributions for cutting-edge embedded platforms. Your daily activities will involve designing, extending, and maintaining Linux distributions, as well as configuring and optimizing bootloaders, kernels, and Board Support Packages (BSPs) for custom hardware. You will play a critical role in architecting automated CI/CD pipelines for build and testing, while also developing robust security mechanisms from secure boot to user space. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting using tools like GDB and oscilloscopes. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher (University/FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in embedded Linux development using Yocto
  • Professional experience working within CI/CD environments
  • Proven experience with hardware-software integration and diagnostic tools
  • Experience in developing and enhancing security mechanisms for embedded stacks
