Job Summary

The Service Technician will provide international service and support for laser systems, focusing on plastic welding machines. Key responsibilities include commissioning new machines, providing technical training to customers on-site and at the factory, and performing maintenance. This role requires a high degree of customer and solution orientation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively both nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, preferably in electronics or mechatronics, and be proficient in both German and English.
