As an Electrical Engineering Technician within the Route Management and Asset Development division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and safety of railway infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the central management of fault reporting and punctuality metrics. You will analyze maintenance reports, identify operational deviations, and coordinate with regional teams to implement corrective measures. This role bridges technical and economic perspectives, requiring you to validate data quality and provide well-founded recommendations for management decisions. You will also actively contribute to the development of 'Asset Provision Quality Management' (QMA) through various projects. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in railway technology who enjoys a mix of analytical reporting and cross-regional coordination. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education (HTL degree specializing in Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering) OR a completed university/FH degree in Economics with high technical interest OR internal railway master certification (Track, Signal, or Electrical Master).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical analysis, fault management, or comparable roles
  • Professional experience in railway operations or maintenance management
  • Experience in regional coordination or supporting senior technical specialists is preferred
  • Proven experience in data validation and quality assurance of technical reports
