This role involves driving the digital transformation within an innovative energy sector company by strategically designing and evolving data and system architectures. As a Data Scientist/Architect, you will be responsible for creating data models that support strategic decision-making and implementing integration solutions for seamless processing. Beyond technical design, you will act as an internal consultant, evaluating new technologies and ensuring compliance with architectural standards. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification. Certifications such as TOGAF or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are advantageous.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in data or system architecture, ideally within complex IT landscapes
- Proven experience in designing and developing data models to support strategic business decisions
- Experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies within a data environment
- Professional experience in consulting and supporting internal teams on architectural issues

- The role is based in Vienna, Austria. Candidates should have strong conceptual and networked thinking skills. While SAP knowledge is helpful as a data source, prior experience with it is not strictly required.
