Job Summary

As a Facility Management Engineer at our Baden-Baden location, you will serve as a technical expert overseeing all phases of facility projects, from initial basic evaluation to ongoing property management. Working within the Production Operations department of a pharmaceutical pioneer, you will support the Head of Technics in planning and executing renovations and new construction projects. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating various trades during construction phases, ensuring GMP-compliant documentation, and preparing tenders and schedules. You will act as a key liaison for external engineering firms and suppliers while providing internal consulting to develop planning solutions. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of project management and technical oversight in a highly regulated environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Engineering with a focus on Facility Management or Supply Engineering; alternatively, advanced training as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).

Experience

  • Professional experience in leading, coordinating, and monitoring projects within the pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience in all construction phases from basic evaluation to property management
  • Proven experience in drafting offers, tenders, and mandatory calculations
  • Experience working with external engineering offices and suppliers
