Job Summary

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead delivery and development projects focused on instrumentation, automation, and digitalization within the plant engineering sector. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary R&D teams to integrate digital solutions into intelligent plant systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving measurement concepts, planning power distribution networks from medium to low voltage, and developing automation and safety concepts in coordination with DCS/SIS manufacturers. A significant portion of the role involves technical oversight, including HAZOP analyses, SIL assignments, and the management of environmental impact assessments. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of traditional plant engineering and modern digital innovation, offering the chance to shape the future of intelligent process plants within an international project environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Automation Technology.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in instrumentation, automation, or the development of digital solutions
  • Extensive experience in instrumentation, specifically within thermal processes
  • Proven track record of working in international, interdisciplinary teams
  • Practical experience in on-site project work
  • Experience in developing and deploying digital solutions for industrial applications
  • Experience with international engineering standards and regulations
