Job Summary

This role involves working for a social management consultancy (gsub) on behalf of the Berlin Senate Department for Urban Development, Building, and Housing. As a Construction Project Auditor, you will be responsible for the legal and financial examination of funding applications and expenditure reports for socio-cultural and urban development projects. Your daily tasks include reviewing construction planning documents according to DIN 276, ensuring compliance with building standards, and conducting on-site inspections of approved construction measures. You will also provide personal guidance to applicants regarding online procedures and manage budget controls and statistical reporting.
