As a Senior Communications & Marketing Manager for a world-leading coffee processing company, you will take on a pivotal role reporting directly to the executive management. You will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of both internal and external communication strategies. Your daily tasks include advising leadership on communication matters, translating complex technical content into compelling narratives, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across product marketing and employer branding. You will actively manage media relations, coordinate press inquiries, and organize major events and trade fairs. Required Skills

Experience

- Experience in change management projects and supporting lean management initiatives is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in press relations and media coordination
