Job Summary
As a Technical Analyst for the ETL Platform at DKB, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Your daily responsibilities involve translating complex business queries into clear user stories, data mappings, and specifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality by using SQL and Python to define acceptance criteria and build automated tests. Beyond testing, you will analyze data flows, identify dependencies, and support engineers in troubleshooting complex issues. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close alignment with BI teams, Data Engineers, and various business departments to drive standards for processes and documentation. Required Skills
Education
Degree or equivalent vocational training in a technical or data-related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in a data, analytics, or technical environment
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT concepts
- Practical experience in defining acceptance criteria and building automated tests
- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
- Experience with data quality assessment and data flow analysis
Languages
Additional
- Minimum German C1 level required. Position allows for temporary mobile work from other EU countries.
