Job Summary

This role involves joining a team of 400 specialists at a long-standing architecture and planning firm in Dresden. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 environments and the management of the internal IT network. You will act as a key point of contact for colleagues, providing both 1st and 2nd-level support for hardware and software issues. Your daily tasks include ensuring smooth operational workflows, analyzing complex technical errors, and documenting solutions.
