Job Summary

You will be responsible for planning and executing vocational training for IT Systems Electronics with a focus on security systems. Your time will be split evenly between the training workshop and field work, where you will lead apprentices through real-world customer projects. Beyond teaching practical and theoretical skills, you will develop modern training plans, utilize digital learning platforms, and prepare students for final examinations. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician or master technician who is passionate about mentorship and education. You will represent the company at job fairs and maintain relationships with vocational schools and regional educational partners. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in the field of Electronics/Electrical Engineering; or completed training as an Electronics Technician with willingness to upgrade; AEVO Instructor Qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Electrician or Technician, or an Electrician willing to pursue further qualification
  • Experience in vocational training and instruction according to AEVO standards
  • Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems
  • Experience in managing apprentices and trainees in both workshop and field environments
  • Experience in coordinating with vocational schools and educational institutions
