Job Summary
As a Group Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for the accounting, posting, and valuation of business transactions within a globally active industrial company. Your daily responsibilities include supporting group subsidiaries, managing cash management activities, and contributing significantly to the preparation of consolidated annual financial statements. You will act as a Key User for SAP S/4HANA (specifically for FI, AA, and Group Reporting modules) and assess complex international VAT issues. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, or a comparable qualification; ideally with further training as an International Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter).
Experience
- Professional experience in an internationally active manufacturing or industrial company
- Extensive knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB) accounting standards
- Proven experience in handling business transactions and valuations
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA modules FI and AA
- Experience in group reporting and subsidiary management
