As an IT Service Technician / Rollout Technician, you will be the face of the company for clients across the greater Magdeburg and Saxony-Anhalt region. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware and printing systems, including pre-installing devices, transporting equipment using company vehicles, and performing on-site installations. You will provide essential user training, handle hardware relocations, and manage the decommissioning of legacy systems.
