Job Summary
This part-time (50%) role within the City Treasury's Finance department focuses on modernizing municipal financial processes. As a Digitalization Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and support of electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) workflows within the 'Finanz+' system, managing e-Payment solutions, and overseeing SEPA mandates. Beyond daily operations, you will lead digitalization projects to enhance administrative efficiency. Required Skills
