Job Summary
As an M365 Solutions Engineer specializing in Teams and Communication, you will serve as a technical expert for one of Germany's largest system houses. Your daily responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for complex Microsoft 365 and Teams environments, with a particular focus on Enterprise Voice and telephony integration. You will consult with clients on best practices, manage migration projects, and implement security and compliance standards. A key part of the role involves automating processes using PowerShell and managing telephony solutions such as Direct Routing and Operator Connect. Required Skills
