This role involves providing high-level technical support and project coordination for a leading manufacturer of security technology, specifically focusing on elevator emergency calls and alarm reception systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as a bridge between technical development and sales, coordinating projects, creating technical descriptions, and drafting quotes for business partners. You will also provide direct technical assistance to customers and support order processing with your specialized knowledge. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics/electrical engineering, or a qualification as a Technician (Techniker), Business Specialist (Fachwirt), or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable technical or sales support role is preferred
- Proven background in electronics or electrical engineering
- Experience in creating technical price lists and product descriptions
- Experience in project coordination and business customer support
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing and speech
