As a Service Technician at TPE SYSTEME GmbH, you will play a critical role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of digital emergency service and collection systems for pharmacies, as well as modern Meditech picking systems. Your daily responsibilities include performing technical fault analysis, troubleshooting electrical and network issues, and providing on-site support across Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys field service and technical problem-solving. You will act as a primary technical contact for existing customers, ensuring the reliability of automated systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in technical service or field service roles
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, network technology, or automation
- Experience in technical customer service or field service is highly desirable
- Proven track record in fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical systems

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland. Must be able to work independently from a home-office base.
