Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive site supervision of electrical systems (high and low voltage) in accordance with HOAI Phase 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that on-site execution meets all contractual requirements regarding quality, costs, and deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with contractors, moderating site meetings, documenting progress, and reviewing technical documentation and invoices. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification; Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) also accepted.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in construction supervision or execution within the electrical engineering (ELT) sector
  • Proven experience in managing contractors and coordinating multiple trades on construction sites
  • Experience in applying HOAI phases and relevant technical standards (DIN, VDE)
  • Demonstrated interest and potential for long-term development into a leadership or department head role
