As a Consultant for Requirements & Architecture Engineering within the Defence sector, you will be responsible for designing and structuring complex system and subsystem architectures. Your daily activities involve modeling Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions using SysML/UML, defining precise internal and external interfaces, and transforming intricate system requirements into viable technical concepts. You will act as a central interface between development, integration, and testing teams, ensuring consistency and traceability throughout the design lifecycle. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy quality assurance through architecture reviews and technical standard compliance. Required Skills
Education
University degree in a technical field such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in architecture management of complex technical systems
- Practical experience using MBSE methods and common modeling tools
- Proven experience in handling model and documentation standards such as SysML and UML
- Demonstrated experience with Requirements Management tools like IBM DOORS or Polarion
- Experience in technical coordination and moderation between cross-functional departments

- Willingness for regular business travel within Germany (flexibility to be on-site with customers during the week) is required.
