Job Summary

This role serves as the IT Coordinator for the Social and Pension Office as well as the Youth Welfare Office within the Enz District administration. Day-to-day, you will manage specialized software systems including OPEN/PROSOZ and PROSOZ 14plus, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the 'enaio' document management system. Your responsibilities include user administration, processing payments, parameter configuration, managing print templates, and conducting staff training. A significant portion of the work involves technical troubleshooting, testing software updates, and generating complex statistical evaluations using OPEN/Controlling and PROSOZ KRISTALL. This position is ideal for a professional who bridges the gap between social law and IT administration. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Higher or qualified Mid-level service), Business Law, Law, or Social Work (ideally with a focus on Digitalization in Social Work).

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in the field of social assistance, youth welfare, or integration assistance
  • Extensive practical experience with specialized software systems OPEN PROSOZ and PROSOZ 14plus
  • Professional experience in administrative services or legal environments
  • Experience in IT coordination or technical system support
