Job Summary
As an API PRO7 Key User at the Böklund location, you will be the central point of contact for the administration and optimization of the maintenance management software (API PRO7). Your daily responsibilities include maintaining master data, updating maintenance schedules, and ensuring the software is used correctly across the production facility. You will act as a bridge between the technical department and IT, conducting user training, onboarding new staff, and ensuring hardware compatibility such as barcode readability. This role is unique because it combines technical software administration with organizational support for technical management within a market-leading food production group. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on maintenance, production, or IT.
Experience
- Professional experience in maintenance, production, or IT environments
- Experience in the administration or key-user support of specialized software systems
- Proven ability in structured, independent, and solution-oriented work
- Experience in conducting software training or instructing new users
- Experience coordinating between technical departments and IT support
